About

We went deep
instead of wide.

Excellent Finish is a Phoenix marketing company. We do our targeting from the public and licensed record — permits, claims, filings, reviews, complaints — rather than from an ad auction, and we are paid on the work that reaches our clients' calendars.

Why vertical depth is the whole product

A company that will take any category has to speak in generalities, because it cannot afford to know that a mechanical permit ages differently in Phoenix than in Portland, that an expired permit means a contractor walked off, or that a probate filing with real property attached is a motivated seller months before anything reaches the MLS. Those specifics are the entire difference between a list you dial and a list that books.

So we built twelve separate models instead of one flexible one. Each has its own signal sources, its own weights, and its own definition of warm — retrained on what actually closed for subscribers in that vertical, in that metro.

And why we turn work down

Territories are exclusive and the guarantee is real, which means every account we take is a risk we are carrying ourselves. If your territory is already spoken for, or if nobody at your company can answer the phone inside a few minutes, we say so on the first call. Taking it anyway would cost us more than the fee is worth.

What we will not do

A short list, kept short on purpose.

Work two companies in one territory

Being first is the entire product. Selling the same household twice would destroy the only thing you are paying us for.

Report volume as results

A household nobody called is not a result. If it cannot be put on a calendar with a date and an address, it does not go in the report.

Run a feed your rules do not allow

Attorney solicitation windows, driver record restrictions, state telemarketing law. We filter to what your vertical permits and show you what was cut.

One company per territory. Never two.

Tell us your vertical. We'll tell you the volume.

We look at how much demand your territory actually produces, what the county's publishing cadence allows, and how much work your crew can absorb. Then we tell you honestly whether 30 in 30 is realistic for you — before anyone signs anything.
